Newport News Shipbuilding Scholarship

Funded by Virginia Tech, the Newport News Shipbuilding Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students in the Pamplin College of Business who are enrolled full-time and are rising sophomore, rising junior or rising senior with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and in good standing at Virginia Tech. Recipients will demonstrate leadership qualities through involvement with school programs or clubs. This scholarship may be renewed for 3 years at the same amount if students remain within the College of Business and maintain a GPA of at least 2.5. Changes in funding may cause VT to replace this award with another award for the same amount.
