First State Chapter Scholarship (Income)

Funded by Virginia Tech, the First State Chapter Alumni Scholarship is a one-time scholarship awarded to incoming freshman who attend a high school within the geographic boundaries of the First State Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association.  This includes the state of Delaware and the neighboring counties of Cecily County, Maryland, Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Salem County, New Jersey.
