James L. Bland Civil Engineering Scholarship

Scholarship seeking undergraduate students majoring in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Preference shall be given to rising juniors or seniors in Civil Engineering and Environmental with an interest in airport planning and/or design. Interest in airport development may be demonstrated through one of various means including course selection, independent study, pilot certificate(s), and summer employment or internship selection.
