VTCC Leon Harris '64 and Beverly Harris Scholarship

Recipients shall be, at the time of the receipt of the schol funds, a member in good standing in the Corp of Cadets. Preference will be given to students from the counties of SW Virginia including Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Lee, Montgomery, Pulaski, Russell, Roanoke, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe. Preference will be given to students demonstrating financial need.
