VTCC Captain D. Seth Mitchell '01 Memorial Scholarship

Recipients will be chosen on the basis of scholastic achievement, good character, and a demonstrated potential for leadership. First preference will be given to cadets enrolled in the U.S. Marine Corps option of the U.S. Navy ROTC program. If there is not a qualified candidate enrolled in the Marine Corps option second preference may be given to any member enrolled in the U.S. Navy ROTC program.
