VTCC Georgia Robair-West and Stewart B. West '36 Scholarship

Recipients shall be, at the time of receipt of the scholarship funds, undergraduate students who are members in good standing of the VT Corps of Cadets. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of scholastic achievement, good character, and a demonstrated potential for leadership. Preference shall be given to candidates who are residents of Buchanan or Tazewell Counties, Virginia.
