Bernard L. Parker '53 Scholarship

Funded by Virginia Tech, the Bernard L. Parker ’53 Scholarship is a one-time scholarship awarded to students who are in good standing within the Corps of Cadets and are a member of the Highty-Tighties Band. Changes in funding may cause VT to replace this award with another award for the same amount.
