The Austin Excellence Fund for Veterans

The Austin Excellence Fund for Veterans was established by Paul and Linda Austin to enhance educational programs for student veterans at Virginia Tech. Recipients shall be students (graduate or undergraduate) who are veterans with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Recipients shall be chosen on academic merit, and preference will be given to students in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. Multiple awards are available for $5,000. Previous recipients may be considered in subsequent years, but an application must be completed each year.
