Funded by Virginia Tech, the The Carolyn Adele Russell Neurology Scholarship is a one time scholarship awarded to a 4th year Vet Med student tracking small animal medicine, preference for VA resident with an interest in neurosurgery, but in the absence of those can go to student with any residency with an interest in neurology or surgery.
