VTCC Capt. John & Marian Weaver ELS Scholarship

The VTCC Capt. John & Marian Weaver Scholarship is awarded to members in good standing of the Corps of Cadets who have demonstrated financial need. Recipients must be members of an ROTC program. Preference will be given to members of the first generation of their family to pursue a post-secondary education, or military veterans themselves or current/past National Guard members.
