Litz B. & Ruth M. Reed VTCC Scholarship

Awarded to undergraduate students who are in good standing with the VT Corps of Cadets. First preference given to members of Highty Tighties, the regimental band of the Corps. Preference also given to graduates of Tazewell High School. Secondary preference shall be given for scholastic achievement, good character, financial need, and a demonstrated potential for leadership.
