VTCCA F. Staley Hester, Jr. Scholarship

Awarded to undergraduate students who are members in good standing with the VT Corps of Cadets. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of good character and a demonstrated potential for leadership. First preference shall be given to graduates of any high school located in Roanoke or Botetourt counties. Second preference shall be given to graduates in the counties of Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Henry, Lee, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe.
