VTCC Lt. Col. Millard O. Anderson '42 Scholarship

Recipients shall be, at the time of receipt of the scholarship funds, enrolled in VT and a member in good standing of the Corps of Cadets. Preference shall be given to a cadet who is a member of the U.S. Army ROTC program.
