VTCCA E Company '65

Recipients shall be, at the time of receipt of the scholarship funds, undergraduate students who are members in good standing of the VT Corps of Cadets and who were members of E Company during their freshman year. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of scholastic achievement, good character, and a demonstrated potential for leadership.
